The date is Wednesday, June 22, 2022, from 5:00 – 7:30 pm and will be held at our 80 Fountain Street Gallery in Pawtucket. Parking is available in the lot adjacent to the building located on the corner of Blackstone Avenue and Middle Street.
This year’s Guest Speaker is Nancy Gaucher-Thomas who will speak on The Future of Creativity and Art League RI. Among her many accomplishments in the art world, Nancy is the Founder and Former President of Art League Rhode Island, Former President of the Providence Art Club, a Principal and Founder of Public Art Works, and Arts Consultant and Gallery Coordinator for Women & Infants Hospital, Providence, RI. She is currently working as Co-Chair of the Bannister Community Art Project with the Providence Art Club, a public art sculpture to be installed in Market Square in Providence.
Other meeting highlights will include:
- Meeting new and continuing Board Members.
- Attending Art League’s Annual Business Meeting.
- Participating in discussions on Art League RI’s activities and future.
