Now in its second year, the Windows on Pawtucket Project, a “walking” gallery tour, fills empty windows on Main Street and beyond with close to 40 artworks by artists from Rhode Island and other surrounding states. As a response to the COVID-19 pandemic, when many galleries and museums were forced to close, Windows on Pawtucket emerged to bring light, color and life to vacant storefront windows and brings art to residents, visitors and local businesses. Follow the map to experience the variety of artwork on display.
